InSight’s Battery Management System (BMS) hardware is designed to be durable, and its solid state design prevents disruptive heat buildup. In addition to its hardware design, RELiON’s InSight battery’s software was designed to optimize itself throughout its lifespan.
Each 48 volt, 30 Amp-hour InSight can be connected in parallel to customize the capacity, up to 300 Amp-hours, for your specific needs.
The 48V InSight battery is a lithium iron phosphate (or LiFePO4) battery which is the safest lithium chemistry. It's also easier on the environment as no gasses are emitted.
