Pradeep "Jal" Jaltota ٠ Technology-Implementation Officer

Jal is from Sri Lanka and completed his BSEE before settling down in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. and earning his MBA from the University of Washington. As a seasoned Electrical & Electronics Engineering Leader, Jal has spent most of his career in startups and high growth businesses. Most recently as a Senior Engineering Manager designing industrial power inverter and battery charger products, converting multiple Kw’s of power for recreational vehicles, work trucks, residential back up energy, solar/renewable energy and grid tie markets. Joining the RELiON Engineering group, Jal works with the technical team in project prioritization, planning and navigation. Using his past industry and system level experience, he also helps marketing, sales, and strategy teams with business growth and presenting customers with solutions. As an islander, Jal grew up in nature and likes to take full advantage of the diverse Pacific Northwest by going on beach walks and hikes in his free time. He also love watersports, and taking a trip to Lake Chelan during the summer time is one of his favorite things. He loves listening and dancing to music and is a co-founder of a non-profit organization that sponsor musicians from Sri Lanka to perform in USA.

• I challenge my limits by: I’m very much a goal driven person and I’m impatient about getting to the goal post. I believe in stretch goals for my teams and empowering teams to maximize the use of everyone's skills. I believe in working smart and willing to work hard when necessary.
