Customer Support Specialist

Originally from Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Karen earned her Associates degree in Human Services. After moving to South Carolina, she joined the Carolina Energy team for 14 years before becoming a customer service star at RELiON. Karen's on the frontline of answering customer inquiries and assists with other various customer service related duties. In her free time, Karen is usually with her family or doing non-profit work for motorcycle riding club, Veteran's Six. With a 14-year-old gymnast in the family, there is never a dull moment!

Fun Facts:

  • I challenge my limits by: Never giving up. Failure is not in my vocabulary. I work hard everyday to do my best as a person, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a daughter-in-law, and an employee. I also push myself to not let illness and stress get me down. In many cases, life can be the biggest challenge and it is a challenge that I take seriously.
  • My favorite RELiON application: After being in the Trojan golf world for so many years, I am naturally drawn to the RELiON InSight products. It is exciting to have an even better option in a golf cart!
  • The best part of working at RELiON: The best part of working at RELiON is to be part of a team (family) that actually cares about the company and each other, believes in the products, and does their best to make everything the best it can be. Also, to work for the best boss/person I have ever worked for!
